Passionate about the art of architecture nature and culture the Weave design team have always been driven by our love for travel. We have taken cues from these experiences when dreaming up the new designs in our latest collections.

The sound of gently crashing waves the vibrancy of the far east the expressive strokes of impasto artists and the geometric patterns that adorn Bauhaus architecture - we drew inspiration from all of these elements for our new Spring/Summer19 collection.

Passionate about the art of architecture nature and culture the Weave design team have always been driven by our love for travel. We have taken cues from these experiences when dreaming up the new designs in our latest collections: Impasto Graphica Bianca and Muse. Our Head Designer at Weave Meg Sinclair has shared with us these stories behind each collection.

Impasto

"This collection is inspired by the expressive nature of impasto a painting technique that sees the artist creating layered textures of paint with each brushstroke conveying their emotion or response to the subject. For our Impasto collection, we have chosen the subject of florals which have been released in three moody colour palettes - oceanic blues shiraz pinks & sepia yellows. Soft and reflective the ethereal painterly style of our Impasto print makes it a timeless addition to one’s lounge or bedroom."

Graphica

"A statement in shape structure and symmetry the new Graphica collection draws on contemporary geometric patterns found modernist Bauhaus architecture. The rich dijon yellow works back with a monochromatic palette for a clean graphic statement."

Bianca

"The Bianca collection’s refined patterns add a touch of simplicity to your interior. Inspired by Mediterranean coastal summer holidays the collection features calming whites and organic geometrics to create an atmosphere of tranquillity and refinement for relaxed living."

Muse

"A vibrant mix of colour and texture for the Muse collection we looked to the early 70s pop culture for inspiration. You’ll spy patterns inspired by the rock and roll movement of the era where rich ethnic patterns flourished. The far east influence has formed a rich colour palette and aesthetic for this collection with handwoven Persian rug designs, in particular, providing a stream of ideas for patterns that we’ve given a contemporary twist."
